Wooden Cruciform Church at Pereyaslav-Khmelnytskyy

This is the third church along the walking tour of the Museum of the History of Ukrainian Folk Architecture. No other information was available. My general impression of the materials (fittings, windows, etc.) lead me to believe this church was built in the 19th century. "Clicking" on any picture below will bring up a larger view.

The Sanctuary dome.

DSC01864

The view from just in front of the porch attached to the narthex. The narthex includes a "choir" loft (separated from the nave by a railing).

A closer view of narthex (left) and nave domes.

DSC01865

A view of the north and west (narthex) arms. Note the small (storage?) room added in the space between the main arms of the cross (typical). Also note that a porch exists for each entrance (here the narthex entrance porch is in clear view while the one for the north arm entry is just visible).
