This is the second church along the walking tour of the Museum of the History of Ukrainian Folk Architecture. No other information was available. As noted on the summary page for the museum, this church itself was converted into a museum (now for old Orthodox religious artifacts). "Clicking" on any picture below will bring up a larger view.

Just visible behind the bushes: a door into the Sanctuary at the back where generally is placed a chair for the bishop.
